Ms. Moreno is currently the Manager, Customer Relations of the Texas 3 District

Ms. Moreno served as a Supervisor of Customer Service in the city of San Antonio, followed by her promotion as Customer Relations Coordinator. Ms. Moreno is currently the Manager, Customer Relations of the Texas 3 District. Christina detailed in the position since September of 2022 and was promoted in March of 2023. As Manager Customer Relations for Texas 3, Christina has responsibility for customer experience and customer relations activities. She is responsible for providing a positive customer experience through the Business Service Network, Consumer Affairs, Small to Medium Business Lead Generation efforts, and Industry Engagement, which includes Postal Customer Councils.
Terrie has been in the Paper, Print, Publishing and Mail Industry since 1973. Former Director of Mail Operations and Account Executive for The Watermark Group, and currently Executive at
Printing and Direct Mail. Terrie has been a member of the SAPCC since 1981, served on the board for over 25 years, currently Co-Chair Industry.
Rebecca began her Postal career as a Rural Carrier Assistant (RCA) at Encino Park Station in 2016. Rebecca made regular at Encino Park. She was promoted to Supervisor, Customer Services in 2022, and recently assigned to Customer Relations Coordinator, San Antonio.
Robert D. Carr Jr. was appointed the 28th Postmaster of San Antonio, Texas on June 2, 2012. Robert proudly served in the United States Army as a Command Sergeant Major, and retired from the US Army Reserve in 2013, after having served 30 years on active duty and the Army Reserve.
Bill has been involved with San Antonio mailing community for 28 years. Initially as a salesperson representing Mailing and Packaging Systems in early 1990. Bill has built many relationships and always shares his love for the mailing industry. Bill has seen the mailing industry evolve to what it is today and is very excited about the new

Bill has built many relationships and always shares his love for the mailing industry. Bill has seen the mailing industry evolve to what it is today and is very excited about the new Digital and Physical synergy the USPS is promoting. In his current position he is involved with the day to day operations of Shelton Group’s new operations platform Shelton Connect. Having achieved multiple certifications in the mailing industry, Bill continues to share his knowledge and experience with the San Antonio PCC.
