Ms. Moreno is currently the Manager, Customer Relations of the Texas 3 District

As Manager Customer Relations for Texas 3, Christina has responsibility for customer experience and customer relations activities. She is responsible for providing a positive customer experience through the Business Service Network, Consumer Affairs, Small to Medium Business Lead Generation efforts, and Industry Engagement, which includes Postal Customer Councils.

In his current position he is involved with the day to day operations of Shelton Group’s new operations platform Shelton Connect.
